I am contemplating upgrading my wheels on my tri/tt bike. I have Shimano WH770 wheels, but folks say I should upgrade to a rear disk - deep front set, like the Zipp 909s. I am a bigger rider, 6'2" / 210 lbs so that is a concern. Third year on the bike w/ a best 40K split of 1:02 and would like to get under an hour this year. Also thinking about just sticking w/ my current front wheel, but get the disk for the rear, its alot less $$, but unsure of the results. Appreciate your input

a rear disc on a relatively flat course will gain you 30 seconds to a minute. how much is that worth?
