  1. So let's say FL contest the allegations to the Court of Arbitration of
    Sports and in the event they find him innocent.
    What happens next?
    Also since Phonak fired him and he if he is found innocent, will he still
    get the tour purse and does he have the right not to share it with the
    Phonak Team?

    What if Oscar already spent it? There is no law that says the winner has to
    share it with his team. Just a custom.

    I wonder what would happen if he managed to show that an 11:1 ratio can
    occur naturally in his system. Would the results of any contradictory IRMS
    test be ignored?

    Let's face it, what kind of hard evidence is he going to be able to
    come up with to explain that scary 11:1 ratio and the presence of
    exogeneous testosterone, there's like a 0.01% chance of that
    happening. Absent that, they can't find hime innocent.

    That's what they said after stage 16, a 0.01% chance to win the tour.
