I am looking for an anatomy book which has a focus on sports. I want to read about which body parts act together to make a jump, or run or swim, etc, it should describe how muscles, bones, etc. work. And of course it should not be too hard to understand for a person with non-medical background.
Does it mean I am looking for kinesiology?
I have been looking to google, amazon but I really cannot decide. Any help will be appreciated. -- Burak please remove Dot NOREPLY Dot to reply
