Apple Rasin Pie

French Appple pie;

Apple pie filling with a handful of raisins. and A sugar-
glazed topping. ( after the pie's cooled off )

An apple pie filling made with granny smith apples tastes excellent with the
addition of raisins. It would be best to add them when the filling is still
warm, this will enable the raisins to soak up all the juices.

It's fairly common here in oz to chuck in some mixed fruit
with the apples. (mixed fruit is dried fruit, mixed.
Raisens, saltanas, currents, orange peel and glace cherries,
you buy the lot in a bag).
