Taco Rollups
Bar-B-Que Little Weiners
Hot Dogs In A Blanket
Taco Rollups
package of tortillas (flour is best)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 can green chilies chopped
1 can refried beans
chop chilies
I mix everything in the food processor until smooth. If you don't have
one,
a blender or mixer will work.
After it's mixed. Put a little bit on a tortilla and spread it. Then
roll-up jelly roll fashion, and slice the roll. Insert a tooth pick in
each
piece and there you go.
Keep in airtight container. Stores in fridge. Can make a few days ahead
too.
Bar-B-Que Little Weiners
1 package little smokies, with or without cheese.
Bottle of your favorite bar-b-cue sauce.
Either place all the ingredients in a crockpot or a saucepan on the stove.
If in a saucepan then keep on low heat until lil smokies are heated
through.
Let guests serve themselves and use toothpicks.
Hot Dogs In A Blanket
1 package hot dogs or how many you need
You can use smokies two
canned biscuits (not the flaky kind)
Flatten the biscuit, cut in half. Place half the hot dog on the biscuit
and bring the two sides of the biscuit together. Place on a cookie sheet
and bake same temperature as it says for biscuits. Done when the biscuit
is done. make how many you want. Can dip in ketchup or mustard.
