It has a remote tension adjustment (which sounds great) and is supposed to be quieter than the CycleOps.

LisaIt's the only trainer I've used, but I have no complaints. I've used it about 3 times a week for the last 3 months with no problems. I use it when I pop in a Spinervals DVD as well as recovery spinning. It is pretty quiet.
