I found this product the other day made by EAS and it is supposed to increase your VO2. I am wondering if any serious riders have tried this product and noticed any improvement.

Probably, highly unlikely to work. The main ingredient is Rhodiola, a cursory glance at the literature, found this http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=15903375&query_hl=3

I can't comment on efficacy, but VO2 Peak and another EAS product called Catapult don't taste very good. It amazes me that a company this large didn't do more trial and error before releasing the products. I know taste is subjective, but I had to choke this stuff down.

it doesn't surprize me about the taste. I know people that work there and they no longer have taste buds. One freind that works there puts brocolli, protein powder and a piece of chopped chicken in a blender as an afternoon snack. He swears it taste great. I am not daring enough to try it..
