Probably not when they're charging a late entry fee three weeks out from the event - entries received after the 12th incur a late fee of $20 extra. The big events aside most rides only charge an extra fee for registering on the day 🙁

Most people should be training up to it, and so should book in before its due :P
I just booked it now, you still have 2 days before the late fee.
