Yup, "Zinn and the Art of Road (or Mountain, dependeing on what type of bike you're maintaining) Bike Maintenance" is really good!

Bicycling Magazine's "Complete Guide to Bicycle Maintenance and Repair for Road and Mountain Bikes" (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1579540090/qid=1086996835/sr=8-3/ref=pd_ka_3/102-6640103-4558569?v=glance&s=books&n=507846) -- excellent. It covers most everything you need to know, has the best diagrams I've seen, it's big and easy to lay open while doing the repairs. (Much better than my little paperback "Clear Creek Bike Book" that I used for 15 years or so)
