Ya,

I had an idea that being able to post your training log, would help you stay fit.

So is there like an online diary that you can tell how well your doing?

Thanks

I built one for myself. You can check a couple of screenshots here: http://www.frenk.com/projects.php (scroll down to BC++ / screenshots are of the italian version, but so far you can choose between italian and english).
Actually I'm not sure it's good as others but I (and some relatives) used it for two years and so far I'm pleased.
I just added support for heartrate files (from the HAC4, but with a tiny change it works with polar too), so that it draws some graphs (heartrate, elevation and so on).

It's really "custom-tailored" to my needs, but I would be glad if other people could benefit of it!

It's all php/mysql so you can either install it on your local computer or put it on a website.

I didn't see anything about heartrate on it, is there one?
If you log your cycling workouts, there's a button that should say "more options" if you click on that, you can log your heart rates if you know them. I've done it myself. They have reports on your logged heart rates too, though I'm not sure how to log them for anything other than cycling.

I am not sure if it has specific heart rate and mileage functions, but between the "activity", "goals", and "diary" tabs at www.fitday.com you should be able to find something that will give you what you need.

Sorry for those who tried to download it, the link was broken.
I updated the page so it points to the correct file.

I run a website called My Cycling Log for this exact purpose. Registration is completely free and your email address will never be sold. The site allows users to record and share rides and statistics. It also provides the ability to keep track of teammates and friends by creating Groups. If you wish, you can record other activities such as runs or swims. I strive to make My Cycling Log quick, clean, and easy to use. Please drop me a PM or contact me through the site with suggestions and feedback.
