Ok, this is somewhat of a targeted question. Is anyone here in the military, specifically field artillery, infantry, armor, engineers (i.e. combat arms guys) who go to the field for a period of time and disrupt their training plans like me? I just did another 2 week stint (airborne artillery here) and was off the bike but doing the whole airborne thing and walking and 20 hr days.
So... with that said... I'm looking for what anyone has observed on their performance and interpreting their PMC when they got back from field time. Also, what has anyone done to recover quickly from being off the bike....
