  1. Just came across Anthony Ellis's page ( http://www.musclegaintips.com/
). I know people are quick to jump on him and say all the info in his
book is available for free online, but is there any place I can get
that info all compiled into one neat training guide?

I trained consistently for several years, then let it slide for the
    last 18 months (!) I'm a definite hard-gainer/ectomorph and the fact
that Anthony's book is supposedly tailored to skinny guys appeals to
    me.

If you've seen the book I'd especially like to hear what you have to
say about it. Or if you know of exceptional sites with good info,
    please post. Thanks!
