Hi peeps,
I emailed Anquet this morning re: the User Licence, as I need to
install the programme on my laptop and it's already on my PC.
I got a helpful and interesting reply, which I've set out below. The
final paragraph is the good bit.

So good for Anquet - it sounds to me as though they've been taking
people's concerns seriously. Fingers crossed that the new licence will
soon be in force :-)
