roads are filled with cyclists who have no regard for the law
(red-light-jumpers, no lights, pavement cyclists). Or someone who is
now "pro-cycling" and advocates such behaviour.And he even advocates cars beeping cyclists! All it needs to finish it
off is a mandatory-h*lm*t reference and we'd be rating that pretty
