I came across a commercial diet program, that I had never heard of.

It is called Banta, based on William Banting.
I don't need to pay them $25.50 at this point, but if I were just starting
out, I might try it.
Since I didn't pay for access, I don't know exactly what they do. I have no
connection with them.
Anybody here on "Banta?"
