If you had the Topo mapping, you might suddenly find the map page a lot more
useful. Don't forget, you can scroll around the map, press enter, then GOTO
that point. Not a lot of use on a blank map, but when you've got meaningful
details on there it becomes practical.

Yes, it does. Doesn't work properly with my mapping, but if I create a
route by marking junctions, it does give instructions at each waypoint. It
beeps as I approach, then zooms in to give a close up view of the junction,
with a big arrow indicating the direction to turn. Unfortunately it doesn't
know about curved roads so I have to put in extra waypoints, then it gives
me instructions when I'm not at a junction! But that's just because it's
the wrong mapping. With the right mapping it should work fine.
