I find it sick that they charged him with a misdemeanor
"The 17-year-old was charged with careless driving causing death, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. The charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison."

Yeah, but it probably only counts if you take out a bicylist or motorcyclist, both seem to be disposable in the eyes of the law. Bill C
