Another 300PT power accuracy question

Found a post from last year from PaulMD on the accuracy of the power readings from the CycleOps 300PT indoor cycle. The issue was the heat that built up in flywheel and also a possible a bad power tap hub. When I checked mine this weekend after 20 min at 265W it read 5 in-lbs(I did reset the torque to zero at the start of the interval). I reset the torque for a second 20 min interval at 265W and it was off by 2 in-lbs. I reset again and did another 10 min at 265W and the torque was still zero. I just got off the phone with Saris and I am going to go ahead and upgrade to the wireless version with the new fly wheel design, but they said that as long as the torque reading did not get up to 12 in-lbs that it would be within 1.5% accuracy for the power tap hub. Does this sound right? 😕
