If you live near anywhere that does anodising best bet is to get some alu nuts / bolts (If your really into it some places will do Titanium) and get them done yourself. That way you can get pretty much whatever colour you like. Shouldnt cost too much either if you ask nicely. other than that try this -

Just remember the shear strength of Alu Nuts and bolts is no where near that of Steel / Titanium so be careful where you use them.

i wouldnt use Al bolts, possibly titanium but i cant see the cost being all that worthwhile but its your money. also note that replacing the bolts will void warrantys and if you do things up to manufacturer torque settings they will most likely be over-tightened with a Ti or Al bold (if you dont rip the threads of the Al bolts first) because they are stiffer materials, steel is used because it will strech a bit and it also holds thread very well, Stainless steel isnt used because its too stiff like i think will be the same with using Ti and possibly Al

Not entirely true. As long as you use the correct spec. Both alu such as 7075 T6 and titanium bolts have superior mechanical properties to that of mild steel so you should not have a problem. These fasteners are commonplace in the aerospace industry.
The only trouble with Titanium is you wont find many colours ( i think mainly blue and gold are commercially avaliable. Red and black are not possible.) as the finishing process differs vastly from that of Alu. but like moparchris said it probably isnt worthwhile for the cost anyway.
