Howdy!
Am curious if there is any difference between Pierre Androuet's "Guide
du Fromage" (English Edition) and his "Complete Encyclopedia of French
Cheese." They both seem to be around 550 pages from what I can see on
Bookfinder.com. There is also a "Guide to Cheese" available on
bookshop.blackwell.combookshop.blackwell.comOpen ↗ published in 1993.
