    Winner of Vuelta a Andalucia and Vuelta a Murcia 2003.

    Now someone explain to me why Kelme should not use this as the perfect justification to cut their
    sponsorship (that was already tentaive) for this team and leave spanish cycling in tatters?

    Perhaps they heard that Festina's sales actually went up after the doping scandal of '98, so this is
    an experiment to see what effect it has on their sales. If sales go up, then next year they'll shoot
    for getting the whole team DQed, and cut their sponsorship after that.
