  1. I was watching Everwood and I noticed that they said Amy Abbot's (age 16) height and weight, 5'7 and
a half and weighed approx 115 lbs. Now I (age
    18) am 5'8 and a half and weigh approximately 150. I am trying to go down to 125 or 130 because
right now I am at the higher end of the normal Body Mass Index spectrum, but not considered
overweight yet, and trying to lose enough to still be in the "normal" range, but more fit.
Anyway, I looked up 5'7 and 5'8 height and 115 lbs, and got 17-18 BMI, which is underweight. I
know it's not a lot below what is consiered healthy, but still, I don't think that they should
tell the public that someone at the age of 16 who's 5'7 or 5'8 should weigh 115 lbs. That's not
    normal, and not healthy.

  2. I totally agree, unless they also remark that she is underweight for her height.
