  1. I have a bad memory. I forget little and big things. But
there have been times I am sure I experienced amnesia. The
most memorable moment (and why do I remember this when not
other things???) Is that of driving home from Wal-Mart one
night 1 1/2 years ago (around that time frame). I guess I
was daydreaming. When I 'came to' I had no idea where I was,
where I had been, why I was in a car, etc. I did not panic.
I looked around and did not recognize a thing around me.
That light seemed to stay red a long time, too. I'm not sure
I would have known my name if someone had been there and
asked me. Mostly this goes unnoticed. But I have arrived at
work and had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. I
would get a cup of coffee and pretend nothing was wrong.....
until I remembered. It began when I was 25 years old and had
a short phase where I drank very heavily. But only on the
weekends. Whole conversations (during the week) that
    morning, I could not

mine can come over and she will have to remind me she had
been at my house three days before and we'd had a long
conversation. She will have to remind me I already told her
what I am telling her now. Sometimes I cannot recall it at
all. Sometimes I may have a flash of memory that it did
happen, but no details. I am now 37 years old and have no
health problems that I know of. It should be noted that I
have a history of panic attacks and anxiety and four times
in my life have had auditory hallucinations. But I knew what
they were while occurring and had been under emotional
stress as well as damn near no sleep! What could be wrong
with me? And why is this happening?

  2. Try some Ginseng or the Gingko Bolingo,, (spelling) I
noticed most university students are taking this, it
advertises it toes wonders for your memory.
