  1. Looking to replace my constantly noisy Open Pro rear wheel with an Ambrosio Excellight. They seem to
have the same "double" eyelets like the Open pros.

Question: Has anybody experience with these ones, are they noisy too ?

Or better go with the CXP 33´s ?

I got my Excellights laced up to Record hubs 3x. At first when climbing the spokes would make a
'twanging' sound. Put a drop of oil in the eyelets and after a while silent as can be. I would add
though that it is not uncommon for any new wheel to make a twanging sound when climbing.

  3. Thanks Kenny,

I will have the same setup like you ( Record, 3x ). With the Open pros a bit of oil in the eyelets
will do the same, but only for a week or so. If the Ambrosios are quit since for a longer time this
is good news and I wil go and buy them.
