  1. From: "Rarbara Warren" <[email hidden]> I have several cans of Mandarin oranges. I am looking for
recipes for Jello side dish which uses the orange slices and has some sort of unusual twist.! Thanks

Here's a family favorite. It's a variation on the Ambrosia that there are so many recipes for.

    Ambrosia

1 pkg orange jello, prepared according to instructions on the box and allowed to cool and "set" 1
can mandarin oranges, drained 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 a bag of miniature marshmallows 1 small tub Cool Whip

When the jello has set up, take a big spoon and stir it all up, so it breaks up into small
pieces. Add all the other ingredients and mix in well. (Amounts listed are approximate, use your
own judgment and taste.) Allow to cool in the fridge for a few hours. Give it another good stir
    before serving.
