My husband's dentist told him that one of his very old fillings (& they are ALL very old, as, although he has many fillings....and ALL his teeth at age 75.... he hasn't had a new filling in over 35 years) was starting to disintegrate in l "dust" particles. The dentist suggested replacement, (again with amalgam), which was done in January.
Should he be having health problems...both from the "old", the removal process & the "new"? Haven't noticed anything yet.
