Well, I woke up yesterday and I broke the 270 barrier I had been stuck at for 2 weeks. I enjoyed my "cheat" day last weekend, it always seems to start the lose engine going. Not sure why that is. But it works.
So, 4 more lbs to my previous low. Since wife is healthy and able to cook and with the huge amount of low-carb options for eating out (much more than when I previously did low-carb) I am not having any issues staying on it.
I can only look forward to WHERE the weight will come off next. Wife says my size 40 jeans are looking at little on the big side. I agree. Another 10-20 lbs and I will be dropping to a size 38. That will be the day! Shoot, I can remember wearing 46!

I've been lurking on this NG the past couple of days considering going LC. What are the numbers 205/149/125 in your signoff mean?
