I was almost knocked down by a commuter coach in London the other day - the driver overtook me at high speed less than a foot away. I caught up with him and spoke to him, and to cut a long story short his view was that I should have given way (he's *wrong*). Wrote to the company with the vehicle's registration number, and they haven't replied. What do I do now?

Awwww, I wanted to torch the depot ... but as a firm believer in democracy I bowed to public opinion (well, all three of you) and wrote to the MD. Got a reply back saying it's been dealt with, it wasn't an acceptable standard of driving and they hope I'll find their drivers careful and courteous in future. Brownie points to the company!
