I am looking to see if there are any other allergy sufferers out there. I have been struggling with allergies for a while and have had some ups and downs with them. I have tried all the allergras, zyrtec, and more recently nasal sprays but I still have problems that lead to sinus infections. The allergist I am seeing right now has highly reccomended allergy shots. I have been racing for about 8 years and am a cat 2 on the road so I know my body pretty well. I am also the proud father of 10 month old twins. I am sure this has added to the sinus problem. Recently, after suffering yet another sinus infection I have decided to be like lance and hang up the competative side of cycling and try to eliminate the stress of training. I think this will be fun and allow me to see another side of the sport since I started racing as soon as I started in the sport. All that being said is there anyone else who has struggled with sinus/allergy issues and tried allergy shots? If so, please share your experiences.
