I'd like to get it at the supermarket.Penzey's has it. I'd try the same aisle in the supermarket
as the rest of the ingredients for baked goods and where the
natural process cocoa is.--Lia

I'd like to get it at the supermarket.Well, that would depend on where you live, wouldn't it? I
tend to do my grocery shopping either in the Boston, MA area
(USA) or in the northern Jutland town of Skive, Danmark. In Boston, I can find it in any supermarket (Shaw's, Stop &
Shop, whatever) sold under the Hersheys brand name (I
believe they label it "dutch process" or "dutched"😉 right
next to their regular cocoa. Sometimes you can also find
Ghiradelli's, which I think is better. In Jutland, basically you've got you Kvickly and your
Føtex, and I think I've only ever seen it once a Kvickly.
You could probably ask them to order it for you... You'll
need to explain to them what you are looking for...--
