aldara cream for warts

I read a simple fix for warts once although have never tried
it. You take a small amount of Petroleum Jelly, and to it
add plain old table salt and mix it up until you get as much
salt into the jelly as will go reasonably; you don't want a
crusty solution, just a very salty one. Use the finest grain
salt you can use, not the heavily crystalized sea salt etc.
and you apply a very small amount of the mixture to the wart
each night and cover with a bandaid. Wash it off the next
day and after good and dry, buff it with a mild file such as
an emory board. I don't know if it works exactly, but I read
about it in the Cortland Forum which is a simple medical
magazine geared toward physician education.
