A few weeks ago, my 1 litre Aladdin Stanley (stainless
steel) flask stopped keeping things warm. I have had the
flask for around 5 years
- and it came with a 5-year warranty - but I didn't have the
receipt any more. (Nowadays, the Stanley flasks all come
with a "lifetime" guarantee.)
I emailed Aladdin and then returned the flask to them. About
10 days later I received a new flask.
Unfortunately, they did not refund my £4:50 postage but at
least I saved over £20 on a new flask!

Unfortunately you didn't get a postage refund! Cor, what do
you want? Blood!
