Whats a good air pump with a presta valve with a decent price?
I'm actually going out to travel with my bike, so maybe something I can carry easily?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Micro, mini or frame pump size?
$10 to $29 buys just just about everything but the high-end carbon barrel pumps (that work no better than the least expensive aluminum barrel pumps).
Topeak, Blackburn, Lezyne, Silca, Zefal, Serfas, Genuine Innovations, SKS, Crank Brothers...there are a bunch of good quality brands on the market.
Then there's the CO2 inflators and pumps that dual-function as both standard pumps and CO2 inflators.

not huge, double action (ie. inflates on both in and out stroke), pressure gauge, presta/shraeder, supports high pressures, what else could you want?
