  1. If the acts or conduct of other PHONAK riders are willfully directed or
    authorized by Fraud Landis, or if they aid and abet Fraud Landis by
    willfully joining together with him in the commission of a sports crime,
    then the law holds these individuals responsible just as though they had
    engaged in such conduct themselves. Notice, however, that before any person
    can be held criminally responsible for the conduct of Fraud Landis it is
    necessary that they willfully associate themselves in some way with the
    crime, and willfully participate in it.

    Did any of these following jokers willfully associate themselves in some way
    with the sports crime of winning the 2006 Tour de France?
