  1. Meet 6:30 pm at the southern entrace to the Greenwich foot tunnel,
    ie. at the Cutty Sark.

Through the greenwich tunnel, try to get into trinity bouy
Warf to see the light house ship up close. Failing that,
wander down the Royal docks, catch the last ferry hopefully
(otherwise it is the foot tunnel) and wander up the Thames
path back to Greenwich. Stop for a pint at the Hope and
Anchor which, folks tell me, is a good pub. Then move along
to the Cutty Sark for another pint. Two or more pints on
    arrive back in Greenwich.

    Hic.

I've just done that circuit (more or less) in reverse with my last
cycle training group of the term, 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

Blackheath Station - Footbridge between Rochester Way and Wricklemash
Rd. over Rochester Way Relief Rd. - Queen Elizabeth Hospital -
Woolwich Barracks - Woolwich Ferry - Tate & Lyle - Bow Creek -
Blackwall Basin - Mudchute Park - Greenwich Foot Tunnel - Greenwich
    Park - Blackheath Station

I then cycled to the Royal Standard with an exhausted child who was
cycling home for the first time, before I headed home. In Blackheath
I bumped into the Julian, the Chair (I think), of Greenwich Cyclists.
I tried to recruit him to run cycle maintenance classes next term.

Give me a bit more notice, and one of these days I'll take up your
offer and join your merry troupe on a ride.
