Ok, so tell us more about the kind of biking you're doing?
Are you racing? If so what CAT level are you? How much higher do you want to go?
If your not racing then why buy CF rims? Just for the bling factor? that's why most people buy CF wheels! They don't need the performance because they don't race. I can't count the number of people I ride past with CF wheels and all of my bikes have box aluminum rims!! The least aero of the wheel designs. Also CF wheels do not stop as fast as aluminum rims, the pads can wear out the brake surface of CF rims faster then Aluminum rims, and you have to buy ONLY the brake pads they, the company that makes the wheels, recommends, anything else could damage the rim and or lengthen the already longer braking distances, either or could lead to major safety problems.
Kinlin and IRD makes fantastic lightweight aero AL wheels for under $600 for the set that will rival almost all expensive CF wheelsets.
Anyway if you're dead set on those wheels you show, then wait for someone to respond that may have had experience with them. My opinion about wheels is just that, an opinion, not worth much, but at least answer the questions so others can see if the wheel you selected fits your needs.
