  1. i was wondering if anyone had any advice for setting up my aero bars. its never that comfy on a long ride yesterday i did 40miles and about 30 of which were on the bars i felt alot of pain in my upper back between my shoulders. the angle of my elbows is not quite 90deg i am leant back a bit off that.

any ideas, i think i may need a shorter stem anyway as i feel a little as if i am over reaching by a tiny fraction its a 12cm stem at the moment, but i had the bike sized etc and the frame is the correct size.

sorry if this is a bit garbled, so basically any ideas in the aero bars and stem size?

    cheers

    andy

  2. Andy,

have a look at some of these, http://www.trysport.com.au/frameset_athleteBikes.htm it may help. There are articles there on bike set-up also.
