  1. Hello ;-]

I have just got over a nagging knee soreness, which I had on and off for two months. Getting new
running shoes for overpronating help get rid of the soreness.

Before that I was doing indoor training in the gym, as it was still very much winter here in
    Wisconsin.

I have now resumed my training on the bike, running and swimming, although I am more of a duathlete.
I plan to do my first tri in about six weeks or sooner. I am a 40 year old woman and I have not done
a tri in six years, although I am an avid runner and maintained mileage for that sport.

I think that, now that the soreness is gone, due to new shoes for overpronating, I can train more
and resume my training OUTSIDE on the bike and shoes I'm going to use for my tris.

OH- I plan on just doing a sprint distance the first time back in triathlon.
    . .

  2. Glad your doing better. I too have been getting over some problems due to overpronation. Nothing
like the correct shoes! Now I feel like running much longer.
