I'm not advertising, but I want to know if the Power90 is a legit toning
program. An infomercial claims that it uses the "Sectional Progression"
method that targets parts of the body in this order: chest, back,
shoulders, biceps, triceps, glutes, and legs.
QUESTION:
-Is the "Sectional Progression" method the best order to work each body
part?
The workout calendar displayed alternate days for a total of 3 light
anaerobic and 3 aerobic sessions and 1 rest day, but it didn't show
whether one should do a full or split workout during each anaerobic
session.
QUESTIONS:
-Is a full or split routine more beneficial for 3 sessions per week?
-What exercises (preferably no equipment, but free weights if needed)
are sufficient to ensure decent toning work on each of the body parts
(chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, glutes, and legs)?
-Should more than one exercise be performed for each body part?
