Campy cassettes will only fit Campy hubs.
The shape of the splines is different.
There are adaptations made by Wheels Manufacturing, American Classic, and maybe others that will allow you to mount a Campy spaced cassette on a Shimano hub.
You can also use a Shimano 10 speed cassette on a Shimano hub and shift it with Campy indexed shifters. However, the indexing is off and shifting will not be satisfactory to some... self included.
Campy 10 spacing center-to-center is 4.12 mm while Shimano 10 is 3.95 mm. I have seen this combination work in the 10/10 and 9/9 Campy shifter / Shimano hub + cassette, but I still wouldn't do it myself.
