Being that I'm still fairly new to lowcarb (I have done it for about 6 or so weeks total) I'm wondering about when you started paying attention to calories.
I have started watching them in the past couple weeks and strive to keep them below 1500.
I keep seeing 'calories will count eventually', I'm just wondering what people feel is the 'eventually'.

I use a far easier method, proposed by (dont hit me) Ms O. Winfrey herself: Dont eat after 7 PM. (I will have a coffee of diet soda though).
Since I often consumed 40% of my calories grazing after 7 PM this is good advice.

*Smack* ;o) there is only one "O" in this world that I enjoy <blush>
I cant go by this DH sometimes gets off work well after 7 and I like to eat with him even if that means eating at 10pm I tend to not snack at all unless I'm very hungry and no matter what time dinner is at I never snack after that.
