It could also be caused by extreme B vitamin and folate deficiency.

Are you on Predisone? It's got a BIG reputation for making people
depressed/anxious, and even a bit loopy.

Why not talk to your doctor? They'd know best on that issue.

Self-medicating due to a side effect is a BAD idea.
