In case anyone is interested the Korso wheels use seemingly the exact same components as the Neuvation M28's which have a good reputation and sell for $250.
Shipping is about $18 - not too bad; should be less than $110 shipped (tax excluded).
I bought a pair and the spoke tension was nice and consistant as measured by a Park tension gauge.
