    FEATURES OF THE MONTH
    7. South Florida Triathletes and Smith & Wollensky are
    proud to present Wendy Ingraham as the guest of
    honor at the club's next meeting to be held on
    Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at 7:00 P.M. at Smith &
    Wollensky, 1 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach,
    Florida. Hors d'ourves, beer and soda will be
    served. (Wine and mixed drinks will be available for
    purchase). Valet parking is $4.00 or you can self-
    park for free. This once in a lifetime opportunity
    is available to all South Florida Triathletes for
    free. Nonmembers will be charged $10.00 or you can
    become a member that evening and enjoy this event
    for free, not to mention take advantage of all

    8. A piece of fruit to lose weight. Yes, BZMSC coaches
    little weight loss weapon. We know how it is when
    you're famished and all you want to do is snack on
    Dairy Queen. Grab a piece of fruit instead and save
    yourself unwanted fat and calories. The fruit will
    help tie you over till your next meal and it's not
    loaded with calories. Fruit also has great nutrients
    and anti-oxidants to help keep your inner body as
    beautiful as your outer body. We promise this will
    work after a few weeks. There are no quick fixes,
    just patience and smart choices- like fruit!!

    9. BZMSC Coach Kiko Cintron will be giving two multi
    sport clinics in March. The first is on Sunday March
    14th at Maclay Gardens in Tallahassee, Florida. The
    clinic will start at 2:00 PM and will be a thorough
    seminar for all novice triathletes. The second
    clinic will be held at the host hotel of the Red
    Hills Triathlon on Sunday March 26 at 6:00 PM. This
    clinic will cover common musculoskeletal
    dysfunctions as well as how they relate to muscular
    imbalances. Kiko Cintron is a practicing physical
    therapist, USAT Certified Triathlon Coach and Elite

    10. BodyZen's Third Annual Great Smoky Mountain
    Adventure will kick off on April 14th on Beech
    Mountain in North Carolina. There are two slots left
    for this incredible experience to swim, bike and run
    your way through the majestic smoky mountains.

    11. The hills of Tuscany are calling you. Did you ever

    offering a unique camp that combines great training,
