    8. A new study released by the US Navy tested 10,000 sailors who washed their hands with hot
water and soap five times per day and another 10,000 who did not. The group that washed
their hands was 40-50% less likely to get sick. Another hint was that the sailors sang or
hummed the Happy Birthday song while they washed there hands. Think about that the next time
    you're visiting the restroom.

    9. In what was described as the best line up of triathlon scientists and coaches ever
assembled, USAT put on an excellent and comprehensive triathlon coaching symposium at the
Olympic Training Center Feb. 13-15th. For 15 hours the attendee's were lectured on the most
recent studies covering periodization, workout programming, long course coaching, training
using VO2 Max, altitude training and Lactate Threshold as well as a host of others. Speakers
included Dr. Randy Wilbur, Veronique Billat, Deborah Hoare, Hunter Kemper, Mark Allen and
many others. Coach Lee and Coach Erinne attended the symposium to maintain there coaching
philosophy which is to stay on the leading edge of endurance sports coaching. Coach Erinne
says, "Although it will take a few weeks to digest all the information, we will be able to
improve upon the success' we have already achieved in the world of multi sport coaching. It
was truly great." Look for things to shake up a bit at the BZMSC headquarters.

    10. Olympic triathlete Andrew Johns might be ranked number five in the world now but he's on his
way back up. Don't just look for him to be in Athens in '04 but AJ knows what will get you
fast this season: three new products from BZMSG that are guaranteed to boost your
performance and turn you into a fitter and stronger athlete. US Pro National Champion Mark
McCormack also knows a thing or two on how to get fast. The current US National Champion and
Colavita-Bolla cycling team member wants you to reach your potential by using these
innovative new products. So, what are they? You'll see and feel them soon. Stay
    tuned!!!!!!!!
