  1. Keep track of your cycling season with CycliStats, a Windows®-
based training log and ride diary. It tracks all the usual
ride info, including distance, time, average speed, max
speed, average and max heart rate, etc. Plus, it
automatically estimates your total elevation gain, average
wattage, and calories burned for each ride.

Besides ride tracking, CycliStats also tracks your bicycle
maintenance activities, so you can keep track of how many
miles/km have passed since you last changed that chain,
    tire, etc.

It also tracks your health statistics, including weight,
    resting pulse, blood pressure, etc.

With its many built-in reports and graphs, you can "slice
and dice" your cycling stats quickly and easily.

CycliStats features a very user-friendly interface, and was
recently given a 4-star rating in a review by noted cycling
author Fred Matheny. You can try it for free, by downloading
the fully functional, 45-day trial version from the website
    (cyclistats.comcyclistats.com).
