It works with all the bodylink systems ,all speed distance systems and all Timex Digital Heart
monitors. It is very small about the size of a watch. It has a clip on the back for attachment and
also comes with a lanyard with a smaller clip. It ships in a egg shaped storage container so you
wont loose or damage it. It includes a USB cable and the Timex trainer software.
The Trainer software downloads your workout information from the recorder it lets you graph
performance daily weekly monthly etc. It stores real time HR, speed and pace It also stores average
hr, peak hr, avg speed, max speed, distance, duration, avg pace, best pace and time in hr zones.
