  1. Has anyone used Active H as a supplement for Lactic Acid buidup? If so, how should it be used? I read on another cycling forum about a person who was using it for cycling, but I do not know of anyone locally using this. Here is a link to the website.

A better combination would be a supplement called ZMA and an amino called L-Carnitine.

This just proves that anyone can bottle anything, claim anything, and someone will trip over themselves trying to buy it.

  4. Wow ok i'm now officially stunned!

    1. "hydrogen is the most abundant element" No arguements there

    2. "making up the majority of all atoms" Errr wrong, elements don't make up atoms

    3. "hydrogen is the essential factor that produces the energy that fuels every human cell" Ooops wrong again!

4, "active, negatively charged hydrogen ions" Good luck getting those to stay stable on a shelf. A negative hydrogen ion would be extremely reactive.

If you want to spend your money on this then please just send me the cash and i'll send you a bottle of fairy dust thats absolutely garaunteed to make you go faster and me richer!
