I'm considering this therapy for a chronic (2 yrs) Achilles problem. Anyone
have some comments re: successes? Any side effects?

Well, do you mix bike riding and running? Not everyone can do that. Riding tends to shorten your
calfs and tendons ... makes them tighter ... and then when you are running you are pulling on that
tendon all the time ... its likely your calfs are all tied up tight and the best thing you could do
is walk, walk, walk ... until your calfs begin to lengthen ... make sure you have firm shoes ...

I'm not familiar with it, but has someone identified the cause of your AT and some way to keep it
from re-occurring - like strengthening exercises?Dot
