  1. I looked up a couple of different calorie calculators. I put in my age weight height and activity i completed, 26 278lbs 73 inches and i spun for 108 minutes today average speed 14.5 to 17 mph. It says on one that i burned 1700 calories and on another 2204. Is this correct? I figured more like 1000-1500 for the ride.

  2. Heya! I put your stats into the site I use which is http://www.caloriesperhour.com. For the activitu I did two things: Bicycling Stationary - moderate (1,589 Calories burned) and Bicycling Stationary - Vigorous (2,383 Calories burned). I venture to say it is closer to the low number. Hope this helps a bit!
